My doctor at this practice is Dr. White. He and his staff are great. You aren’t sitting in the waiting area long like most doctor’s offices. Everyone is very professional and extremely nice. I am treated like family. You are listened to and respected. I love this group of professionals and would highly recommend this practice.

I have been suffering with lower back pain for 2 years under the care of another pain doctor. My PCP suggested i try Dr.Wu at Procura Pain. After intently listening, testing, consulting and observation the plan was explained to me. A plan was laid out And the daycare surgery was completed. Relief cam 7 day's after the sugery as Dr. Wu said it would. First Relief I've had in 2 years. It didn't solve all of the things that 81 years has tacked on to this old body, but it sure has made my life easier. Dr. Wu is working on some of the rest. I have high confidence in Procurapains doctors and staff our remaining years will be a lot more comfortable under thier care.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Dr. White is the best pain therapist I’ve ever seen in 30 years of doctors. He has worked tirelessly for the past six years to finally find a combination that works for me. I’m so grateful to him and his team. My life can resume at last.

Dr Millet is the most patient and caring Doctor I’ve ever had!! He takes his time to listen to me and he explains everything so I understand. I have numerous problems and he takes his time to make sure I have been taken care of. If more doctors were like Dr Millet… the healthcare system would be the BEST!!

Everyone in this practice is super nice, courteous and helpful. Dr. White is one of the nicest doctors I have ever used. He seems concerned about each issue that I have. He has addressed each of my issues and helped to alleviate a lot of the pain. Yes, I would recommend his practice at any time to anyone.

My office visit went well, felt very comfortable with Dr Wa, he explained everything very well, I could understand. told me he was prescribing Tramadol, It was a narcotic, He was only giving me a 30 day supply. Wanted to see me in 30 days before the visit they would do a urine test.
After waiting two days for the prescription to be called in I called the office, Spoke with Karen, She informed me she’s going to check my record and call me back.
She calls me back Within the next 30 minutes, Which I appreciated at the time,
Proceeds to inform me that I was not prescribed any medication, was just looking for pain medication, I felt offended because the only pain medication I have taken is regular Tylenol
The next day, I get a call from Karen informing me that they are calling in a prescription for Tramadol.
Tell Karen that this was very unprofessional, being told 1st that nothing on the notes that I was prescribed and now I was, i did not feel comfortable with the doctor at this point with lack of communication to his staff and me being treated like I’m just looking for pain medication when I know that’s not the case
Today I stopped to pick up my medication.
During the office visit, I was told it was a 30 day supply , To take once a day, recommend that I take it at night
What a surprise it was for me to open the bottle, read the instructions, 90 day supply, To take three times a day or As needed.
Informed Karen that I would not be returning to this doctors office

I’m so glad I chose PROCURA Pain and Spine. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you feel at home. I noticed almost every patient that came in was known by name. Chelsea at the front is so bubbly and constantly smiling, you just can help but to feel comfortable. My Dr was Dr Millet other than being younger than my child, he seemed to be a perfect fit for me Wonderful bedside manner and everything he said was backing up what my surgeon had already told me. I will most definitely be keeping them as my Drs. I also do wanna skip over the sweet girl who came out and got me from the lobby, I just forgot her name. But she was great as well. Dr. Millet is amazing and takes great care of his patients! He listens to your concerns and has a great sense of humor. He always does everything he can to take care of you and your medical needs. The staff is always amazing also! You are greeted with a smile when you first walk through the door and they know you by name! Thank you for the compassion and care that each of you have for your patients!

Knowledgeable of finding source of my pain and explained the problem to me so that I understand + and - of the solution. Dr. Wu also explain some alternatives.
His staff has been helpful and intuitive in assisting me always with a smile and patience.
